Cannot upload file to resource gallery
Hello Everyone,

I'm fairly new to this product, we are running:

MCMS 2002 Client/Server Version 5.0
SP 2

When we try to add a .pdf file to the resource gallery we get an error:
The "file name" has caused an error and cannot be imported into the database.
Error description: (0x80020009) Extended error: [What='Server ODBC error.
Contact the site administrator.'] etc.
I also see the following warnings in the application log of the event viewer:
2006, 2403, 2400 all generated by MCMS.

Can anyone offer any causes and resolutions for this?

Hi Keith,

I have never seen this before.
I would suggest to open a support case with Microsoft to get this analyzed.

Cheers,
Stefan
