Hi guys, in the last month we have got a lot of ISAPI Filter Errorrs like "An unrecognized request was received by the CMS ISAPI Filter. The Request was mapped to the CMS read-only cache virtual directory but the URL format did not correspond to a CMS Resource. The CMS ISAPI Filter did not process the request and allowed IIS to handle it instead. The requested URL was '/NR/rdonlyres/9B010E41-6077-4EF4-8BBB-321C0E39258B/0'. " I have tried to clear the cache but the proplem still exist... Can anyone help ? Thanks in advance Simtek8
Hi Simtek, this behavior happens if document stored in the resource gallery are opened using Microsoft Office. Office uses Webdav requests against the URL that it expects to be a folder. That means the URL of the file without the filename. That is what you can see below. Unfortunatelly as MCMS does not have hierarchical URLs for resourcs that means that the URLs are not valid MCMS URLs and this leads to this eventlog entry. You can ignore this entry.
