Hi I'm trying to logon to Site Manager MCMS2002 and get the following error message in the details tab:- Error: 0 Description: No mapping between account names and security IDs was done. (1332) Severity: 5 Source: N/A Debug info: N/A Extra info: N/A Client Source: Login::ctlLogin_Click Recommended Action: N/A I was trying to follow a suggestion from Stefan where it appears we have 'Unknown' users with rights in MCMS and to remove them from Site Manager, however I am unable to logon to Site Manager to do this. Thanks Stefan, I'd had a look at that earlier, however I don't know how I check in MCMS if I can't get Site Manager to run, can you advise please? Regards Stephen
Hi Stephen, you should be able to login to Site Manager with a MCMS administrator. If this is not the case, then MCMS cannot contact the domain controller for the domain of the user trying to logon to MCMS. Please try with a local machine account that has MCMS administrator rights. Stefan Thanks very much for your help, I have been able to logon using the local mcms admin account, I can now hopefully tidy things up, Cheers! Stephen
