Failed to import Templates - but migration sucessful   

Hi,

My CMS migration "analyze" stage gives me 0 errors but upon "running" the 
migration 4 errors are reported. The migration is still successful, but 4 out 
of about 12 templates failed to import. The error below says 'Cannot open 
file'. I have checked the templates in CMS and they are not checked out. This 
freeform template accounts for the majority of my pages - thus I get an 
unknown error everytime I view one of these pages. Does anyone know why this 
template would fail to import? or has had something similar happen?
