Re: Woodgrove sample site error
Hi Jeffrey,

did you get an authentication popup prompt?
Please have a look in the IIS log. What is the error code listed here?
A 401 or a 403?
Please also look up the sub-status code in the column behind the status code
(ensure that it is enabled in your log).

Cheers,
Stefan

Re: Woodgrove sample site error
Hi Jeffrey,

please enable sub status codes in your IIS log.
The substatus code will tell us the reason for the 403.

Thanks,
Stefan

Re: Woodgrove sample site error
Hi Jeff,

with IIS 5 there are no substatus codes being logged.
You should consider to open a support case for this to get your system
analyzed in more details.

Cheers,
Stefan
