Backup Site Server software.   

HI,

I have the Site Server installed on a Windows 2000 Server and the backup 
software is TSM (Tivoli). I can not install the open file agent because the 
server stop responding with incremental backup.

Can someone know what can I exclude (directories)  from the TSM Scheduler 
job to make a online backup?

Can someone help me, please.
