urls on subareas?
Hi all.

Probably sound thick but I have created a subarea in our sharepoint portal
server called marketing which then gets a url of http://myserver/marketing.
However when I then create a subarea in the marketing section called "logos"
it then creates the url of http://myserver/logos. What I want to be able to
do is have the url of http://myserver/marketing/logos. If I adjust the url
properties it all goes mad can someone point me in the right direction.

RE: urls on subareas?
Never really paid attention to this but I did test this on my sandbox portal
and got the same behavior. I can think of a few workarounds but not a total
solution. For a workaround instead of creating a sub-area create a new site
although the URL would be http://myserver/sites/marketing and might not be
what your looking for. The second one is to if your just going to display
logos perhaps a custom list under your subarea. Subscribed.
