copy sharepoint farm to other server   

Hi all!
I have server with many sharepoint sites, webparts, features.
I need simple way copy ALL to other server.
Can you say me - how?

Start by telling us which SharePoint product and version you are asking 
about !

I assume that the "other server" is running the same SP product and 
version (?)

Sorry, MOSS 2007 SP1 is installed on both servers.
