BAS Issue after R2 Upgrade
I recently upgraded a Biztalk 2006 installation to R2 successfully. However,
yesterday when I tried to enable Business Activity Services via the BTS 2006
Configuration utility it failed! I was able to enter all of the settings
(including a WSS v2 site) and submit, but I received the following error in
the log file:

Feature: [BAS] Failed to configure with error message [<Exception
Message="Error -2147467259 occurred configuring feature TPMConfig"
Source="TPMConfig" HelpID=""
- and -
Exception Message="The database specified has an incompatible version.
Specify a new database name." Source="TPMConfig" HelpID=""

Some history: BAS was enabled in the past when the server had WSS2
installed. WSS3 was added later ... but WSS2 was reinstalled fresh on a new
website as WSS3 does not work for BAS. R2 Config utility does recognize the
new site as well.

Question: How can my database version be incompatible and what can I do to
work around this error? Uninstalling WSS3 would be extreme as I currently
have WSS3 sites running. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks
- d
