select the option "Tools and Development Kit" , it's always gray, i dont
understand, i got VS 2005 Enterprise edition version(full version not trial)
installed and i installed the enterprise authentification option and even
configure biztalk

\viewkind4\uc1\pard\f0\fs20 Do you have Visual C# installed as part of your Visual Studio Enterprise Edn installation? Visual C# is required for BizTalk developer tools.
