While developing a SWIFT messaging system I have found some difficulties. Can please someone help me out. 1. Is payment gateway (SWIFT Alliance Gateway) is required to connect with SWIFT network. 2. If it is required and we are not provided with the gateway then how to manage the problem. 3. Which are the accelerators and adaptors we require for the configuration of Biztalk server (FIN messages). 4. We need to have the A4Swift accelerator 2.3 for this project but we are not getting that in the web. Can you please help me to provide this accelerator. Regards, Abhijit
Hi Abhijit, Here are your answers... 1. Is payment gateway (SWIFT Alliance Gateway) is required to connect with SWIFT network. Answer - Yes, you will need SAG or other gateway application from SWIFT. You will have to procure it from SWIFT. It involves Hardware as well as Software 2. If it is required and we are not provided with the gateway then how to manage the problem. Answer - I don't see any other way other than getting it from SWIFT 3. Which are the accelerators and adaptors we require for the configuration of Biztalk server (FIN messages). Answer - Financial Accelerator for SWIFT. Use version 2.1 with BTS2004 and 2.3 with BTS2006. I saw Financial Accelerator 3.0 as well but have not had chance to experiment with it. 4. We need to have the A4Swift accelerator 2.3 for this project but we are not getting that in the web. Can you please help me to provide this accelerator. Answer - It must be in your MSDN downloads. I believe you won't get any trial version for this software.
