I am having trouble with message size limits. My default message size limit for both sending and receiving is 4000 kb. There are no limits set on either the connector or the SMTP vs. I have 2 mailboxes set with an individual sending and receiving limits set to 51200 kb. With this configuration the users with the 51200 kb limits should have no problem getting a message with a 5MB attachment, however, they get the following message: This message is larger than the current system limit or the recipient's mailbox is full. Am I incorrect that this config should work, or does anybody have any idea what I can try?
Hi, What you call the default message limit size in reality is the maximum message size. You will need to have this limit configured to the maximum size that you allow and then configure the users limits smaller. (except for the 2 users that should have the maximum limit) Leif "Rich Brown" wrote in message news:260B7909-FAC3-4B69-AD67-F155CBEC7091@microsoft.com... >I am having trouble with message size limits. Is that just for internet email messages? These users can send and receive larger messages to/from each other, just not to/from internet addresses.
