Exchange 2003 Export based on "Send To"
I was asked if I could search our entire information store for emails sent
to a handful of addresses (external). Is this possible and if so, how?

EXMerge will not work. It can only export based on attachements and
subjects. I need to know every email that was sent to particular email
addresses. I understand that if someone deleted their sent items and cleared
there deleted items that it is gone, but I need to try anyway.

Thanks

Re: Exchange 2003 Export based on "Send To"
Hi,

If message tracking was enabled at the suspected mailing time you should be
able to track the emails here.

Else install a recovery server
(http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;813337 ) and then
use this to find the messages http://support.microsoft.com/kb/812856/en-us
