Exchange Server down implies Active Directory is down
Does it mean that if Exchange Server 2000/2003 is down then Active
Directory also goes down?

Hi,

Active Directory can and should run just fine without exchange 200x, but
exchange 200x will stop functioning if Ad is not working.
