Export custom field data from Exchange Server
We are currently using a Small Business 2003 Exchange Server to integrate
Windows XP PC Outlook 2003 SP2 clients and Mac OS X Entourage 2004 Clients.
We use public folders. The public folders contain contacts with custom
fields.

Is there a way for the Entourage clients to see the Outlook custom fields?
Is there a way for the Outlook clients to see the Entourage custom fields? If
not, is there a way to migrate the Entourage public folder custom field
information directly from the public folders on a PC? On a Mac? The export
wizard on a Mac appears to only export only local data.

Lastly, the data we are trying to extract is obviously in Exchange - is
there any way to simply export the data directly from Exchange, let's say to
a tab delimited file, so at least we can use it that way? Ultimately, we need
to merge all Outlook and Entourage user contact information in public
folders, including custom fields, so we may be able to analyze, data mine,
filter by custom fields and do e-mail blasts, etc.

If there is no easy answer, I would be willing to Outsource and pay for this
customized service, if it's appropriate to invite the expert Exchange
specialists in this forum to solicit their services to me.

You might get more help in an Entourage group, I think....

m.p.mac.office.entourage and m.p.office.mac.entourage (and I have no idea
what the differences are between these two remarkably similar group names)
