Yes the user is exits. let say i am using yahoo mail or other company email and it work. that email account will receive the email but just only my company send and it will bounce back. for your information, my server name is is msgsvr1.cprint.com.sg and the server there is msgsvr1.cprint.com.my so is it will affect the sending process? Hi, That could very well be the cause. Do the recipient exist on your server or the other mail server? Do the recipient have both SMTP addresses or only one of them?
