SMTP Asynchronous Trasport Event Sink   

I'm new to SMTP Transport Event Sink, How to create an Asynchronous
SMTP Transport Event Sink.

I've created an CDO OnArrival Synchronous event, Can i convert it into
Asynchronous one?

Is OnMessageSubmission is an asynchronous event?

Any sample example will be gr8.
