Email Transmission
I have an Exchange 2000 box that is not sending email to particular email
addresses. These addresses can access our Exchange server and be forwarded
to an individual's Outlook, but they can't be replied to. I have no changes
to my systems or Symantec Anti/ Virus. Can I track the reasons in System
Manager?
Any help would be deeply appreciated.
Thank you.

Re: Email Transmission
Hi,

Are the mails sent and returned with a NDR - what is the text of this NDR?

Are the mails staying in a queue - what does this queue say?

Any events logged in the application log?

RE: Email Transmission
Check to see if the sites require reverse DNS lookup and if your ISP has it
turned on for you.
