Hi, I have this question and problem... I have a server Windows 2003 32 bit Standard Edition with Exchange 2003 Standard. This server is the first domain controller of my forest. I need to migrate this server to Windows 2003 64 bit and Exchante 2007. It's possibile to make this on the same machine? What's the good strategy to make this migratione? Thank's Andrea
You will need to do a swing migration, i.e., move everything to a new server. I don't believe that you can do an in-place migration from Windows 32-bit to Windows 64-bit, and I know that you can't do an in-place upgrade of Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2007. -- Ed Crowley MVP - Exchange "Protecting the world from PSTs and brick backups!"
