Manual Removal of Exchange 2000 System Manager \ Domain Upgrade Issue
Good Morning,

I've been trying to uninstall Exchange System Manager off my Windows
XP Pro SP2 workstation with no success. We did a domain upgrade from
Windows 2000 to Windows 2003 domain but still have our old Exchange
2000 server for now. All of the techs now have issues creating users
with ADUC except one which appears to have an older revision of
exchange system manager. User creation our exchange server works but
it's quite annoying not to have the functionality on our
workstations. Our first step of troubleshooting is to reinstall
exchange system manager on the workstations but strangely were all
having the same uninstall issue. I've checked the "exchange server
setup progress.log" on the root of C: but it doesn't appear to give
any obvious issues. Most of the material I can find on manual
uninstalling system manager points me to manually uninstalling
Exchange server itself which of course I don't need to do. Any help,
insight, or pointing in the right direction on either of these issues
would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers.

Dan
