Mialbox move across forests   

We are in the process of migrating to a new forest\domain.  I have a
2000 domain (child) with Exchange 2000 that will be migrated  to a
2003 domain with Exchange 2003.  After the users are migrated how do I
move the mailboxes to the new domain/server?
