All users can log on to their own OWA Account. Certain admins could previously log in to anyone's mailbox using the exchange alias on the OWA page, then their own network logon on the security dialog. The second condition stopped working when we demoted our Citrix Server from a DC to just a member server. We have reviewed security everywhere (we think) and can not find why the specified admins can no longer log on to all mailboxes. using http://mail or http://10.0.0.10 does not work, except when the alias matches the security logon. Any suggestions? ? ?
Hi, If these admins are members of the domain admins group they are denied access to all mailboxes by default. These permissions are set on either the administrative group, the server, the mailbox stores or directly on the mailboxes.
