Moving Exchange 2000 from one box to another   

I have a DC that houses Exchange 2000 right now.  I would like to move this 
to a brand new member server.  Are there any migration tools or documentation 
that would walk me through this.  I have never done this before and I am a 
little nervous about doing this.

Any help would be greatly appriciated.
