Re: ADC Issue
Hi,
Do you have a temporary server on which you could install another copy of
5.5 and then move mailboxes, public folders etc to this new server and then
get rid of the BDC??

Re: ADC Issue
Since I don't need the server to communicate with AD as an NT4 BDC anyway, is
it possible to just go ahead and switch to native (2003) mode without doing
anything to the BDC? Or, will AD not allow it if it sees it in the domain
controller container?
How about using the UPromote utility?
Thanks, Jay

Re: ADC Issue
Hi,
I would then prefer the upromote utility (I haven't tried it myself but I
have heard that it works. Make sure that you have a good backup of the
exchange information store so that you can perform a restore if everything
crashes.
