I'm working on migrating our Exchange 2000 environment to Exchange 2003. My 1st step was to upgrade 2 of our 3 DC's to Win2k3. The third is at a different site and will be upgraded in the future. I have new hardware for the Ex2k3 server. I have been following the KB Article 307917 to move Public Folders, Mailboxes, and other Services. I have followed all steps and then moved a few mailboxes to confirm that all is working properly before moving the rest of the mailboxes. When sending mail from these mailboxes, I've been getting undeliverable messages for both external and internal mail. What step did I miss? Is there a routing problem? I have currently left the Ex2K server as my SMTP server. Should I change this to the Ex2k3 server? The other problem that has shown up it the some users are having problem with Seeing or Accessing public folders. This behavior is very random, and In trying to troubleshoot this I have found if the client is running Outlook 2003 in cached mode I have to disable this and then enable it to get the public folders to show up. after a few days it could return again. What could be causing this? Thanks, Tim
