Just few other queries: 1) Can we move mailboxes later between stores in a storage group and between stores in different storage groups. 2) Also the security tab in mailbox stores ,does that mean we can delegate access for users for different mailbox stores. Such user 1 can administer store A and user 2 can administer store B. Is that what the security tab is for? 3)Also can we setup views within a mailbox store such as can we expand mailbox store to show different views or folders, such as we would like to seperate views for mailboxes in different countries which are all in the same mailbox store. Such as in Exchange 5.5 we had receipient containers for each country to helps us viewing mailboxes in different countries. Another words can we categorise mailboxes with in a mailbox store or can we only do this by creating different mailbox store. I hope the above is clear. Thanks

You will need to delegate permissions in active directory users and computers for most administration. > > 3)Also can we setup views within a mailbox store such as can we expand > mailbox store to show different views or folders, such as we would like to > seperate views for mailboxes in different countries which are all in the > same mailbox store. This information is all kept in active directory. With the proper information in AD you can however create different address lists which shows in Outlook.
