Re: ad & exchange replication
Your bandwidth speed looks okay. A couple of things you should consider,
(1) Avoid having DC and Exchange 2003 in the same box.
(2) For only 10 users at the remote office, you can consider a consolidated
environment, meaning, remote server doesn't need an Exchange server at all,
perhaps only an AD for login, file share and printing.

Re: ad & exchange replication
Are you suggesting a PDC or BDC at the remote location?

Re: ad & exchange replication
Hi,
With only 10 users there should be no need for a DC in the remote office .
