RAS Stack Error Message during Exchange 2000 Upgrade
I am trying to upgrade Exchange 5.5 to 2000 and I have encountered exactly
the error message described in Q274058 - I follow the resolution instructions
but exactly the same error is displayed when I try again.

Re: RAS Stack Error Message during Exchange 2000 Upgrade
Hi,

You removed all traces of the RAS stack?

That shouldn't be possible if you followed this to the dot:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;274058
