I have installed Exchange 2000 SP3 and all is well other than one problem. The address templates that appear under System Manager -> Recipients -> Address Templates -> English such as:- cc:mail Address Microsoft Mail Address Internet Address MacMail Address X.400 Address all do not appear in Outlook 2000 on my client PC's when they do a new email, select To:, New, In this message only, which is where they should appear. They appear quite happily in Outlook 2000 that is sat on the Exchange 2000 server itself, but not on the client PC's themselves. Any help with this would be much appreciated as no-one seems to have any ideas.
