OWA - multiple servers
I have 2 Exchange 2000 servers (same domain) in 2 different cities - is
there a way I can direct all the users to only 1 OWA server to be able to
access their e-mail, no matter which server their mailbox is on?

Re: OWA - multiple servers
Setup a Front-End server.
Users will still be able to go directly to the URL on both back-ends if they
know it/want to.

Re: OWA - multiple servers
Note that this is only for External use.

If users want to use OWA internally, as long as there isn't a firewall
limiting traffic/ports between the servers, they will be automatically
redirected to the correct server. Externally, that redirection can't take
place because BE servers use the internal FQDN/IP to redirect - that
obviously won't resolve to an external client...

Re: OWA - multiple servers
But you're saying that internally, users should be able to go to either
server, and they'll be re-directed to their home server?

Re: OWA - multiple servers
As long as there is nothing preventing the servers from talking to each
other, then yes, internally, Exchange will redirect users to the correct
server where their mailbox is located.
