Exchange truly retrying to send message again
Hello Everyone,
I am having a few messages being stored in a smtp queue. The queue has the
blue arrow and one message in it. I know this should be trying to resend the
message again. The question I have is the following example:
Last night I got one message from this queue at 7:10, the 7:20 message got
held up and then the 7:30 message came fine to me. However the 7:20 message
is still in the queue. I am wondering if our exchange server is truly trying
to resend this message? My guess is not because a couple weeks ago I was
having problems getting messages and like two days later a bunch of messages
would come down at once. I am thinking because a message was expired. What
is the best way to fix the blue arrow, or see if the server is actually
retrying to send the message?
Thanks for your help.
Dan
