I ran the Best Practice Analyzer and had one critical issuer that says the Site Folder server deleted in the Admin Group ABC. The site-wide public folder database for the administrative group "ABC" has been deleted. Current public folder store:CN=Public Information Store [OldMailServer]DEL:c1846a64-2e7d.......,CN=Deleted Objects,CN=Configuration,DC=city,DC=state,DC=us I have no idea how this got deleted but I know it has an issue because when I try to access Public Folders from Ex Sys Manager it says "The token supplied to this function is invalid". The help tells me to run the ADSI.msc utility and i guess change the old server entry to the new server entry. When I go to my Exchange 2003 server and use the run adsi.msc it pulls up another domain controller and i cant seem to remember how to get it to look at the mail server so that I can adjust the setting accordingly. I had some users that I had to modify during the 5.5 to 2003 conversion and I used the adsi tool to go in and replace their htahome information because it looked corrupted so I am thinking the public folder didnt carry over either. We dont use Public Folders so it hasnt been an issue for us yet. Based on the error message above, is it logical that if i can get to the right server and section using the ADsi utility that I will be able to remove the old server name?
