I'm putting this in the Exhange 2000 group because there is no Exchange 2003 grou in the this managed section. I upgraded exchange 2000 on a win2000 box to exchange 2003 last night. Everything was working fine, applied the server sp1 and hotfix. Test all email in and out no problems. Then about an hour later, all the routing services stopped, W3C, IMAP, POP, SMTP, but the information store continued and I could still log into it though outlook. All the event viewer says is that the service stopped with an unspecificed error. Restarting the services did not work. Anyone have any ideas where to look? Any help is apperciated, this is our main server and email is down for us right now. Lee
