Help with Exchange and MX Records
I am setting Exchange up for the first time and I would appreciate any help.
We are hosting are own web server with domain name, eg., ourdomain.com. DNS
records point www.ourdomain.com to our static IP address. We also want to
host our own mail server running Exchange. I submitted an MX record with
hostname=ourdomain.com, and mail server of mail.ourdomain.com. If someone
out in the world now sends an email to gyro@ourdomain.com (assuming gyro is
set up in exchange) with this setup will it get to gyro@ourdomain.com?
Is there anything special I have to do in Exchange to send and receive
emails?

Thanks for any help.
