Exchange 2000 Standard to Enterprise Upgrade
I am in the process of upgrading our Exchange 2000 Standard to Exchange 2000
Enterprise.

I am aware that all S/Ps and hotfixes will need to be re-applied after the
upgrade, but during the process, I got an error message stating "the target
file exists and is newer than the source". I assume this is a file that has
previously been updated by a S/P or Hotfix, but what should I reply to this
error message? Should I keep the newer file, or replace it with an older
version and hope it gets updated when re-applying S/Ps and hotfixes?

Re: Exchange 2000 Standard to Enterprise Upgrade
Hi,

I would keep the new file and make sure that Exchange services are not
started before everything is updated with all SP's and hotfixes.
