I need to automatically CC emails via certain rules. The only problem is the client-only rule in Outlook will not work because the program interfaces directly with the Exchange server. Is there anything I can set up in Exchange that will automatically CC these emails based on a few rules?
To further explain the situation..... I only need one mailbox to have the auto CC. And it only needs to CC when certain criteria are met.
