Hi all; ******************************************** Here is my config : Messaging server : W2k Server / Exchange 2k Users computers : W2k Pro / Ms Outlook 2000 ******************************************** I fill "delivery options" for these users (in Active directory): - Dept.User1@companyname.com - Dept.User2@companyname.com - Dept.User3@companyname.com with the following address : - Dept.In@companyname.com without keeping a copy of the message in the user's mailbox. After, I add this mailbox (Dept.In@companyname.com) to outlook (for all users) so that they can all see it, but sometimes some users need to receive private messages that the others don't have to see. I'd like to test whether received messages for the previous users contain the word "Private", if so the message mustn't be routed to "Dept.In@companyname.com". I guess it's impossible Any suggestions? Thanks in advance. Moony
Hi, I don't think that this is possible.
