Hello! I am using exchange2k enterprise on win2k with outlook 2003 (on xp). I am using public tasks and public contacts for several crm stuff. Now i want to have some kind of reports and a more customized "contact" dialog. (how) Is it possible to ... 1) add own drop down boxes to the contact dialog? 2) sort all contact (incl. subfolders) with using patterns (i.e. "List all contacts who have "foo" in teh field "bar") 3) generate reports 4) have a field in the contacts which shows all the tasks the contact is used in 5) have "required" field, which have to be filled out before closing the dialog?
