eseuitil /d fails with erro -1032   

When i try to run the eseutil /d it fails with error -1032, file locked or in 
use. I have dismounted the store and stopped all exchnage services. Even 
tried changing services dealing with exchange to manual, but get the same 
error. Any ideas?

Did you restart the server after setting the services to Manual?
