Problem with Treo 650 to Exchange 2K server
I think that my problem is a combination of Exchange server setting, firewall
and PDA.

To make a long story short:

We are using Treo 650 talking to our Exchange 2000 server. It was set up to
access using POP, everything is working fine.

During the weekend we got tons of mail using our POP to SPAM. Because of
that reason we stop the POP access from our firewall (SonicWall).

Now, without direct POP access, what is the easiest way to reconnect the 650
to our Exchange server?

When I call Cingular, they out front said that they won’t help us (libality
issue). I need to either seek help from Palm or Microsoft. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Why don't you just fix the spam issue and open it up again?
Can't see the point of you causing your users pain and not even fix
the original problem?

Or if you are planning to upgrade to Exchange 2003 anytime soon, Exchange
Activesync with Palm VersaMail.
