I have Outlook 2000 and I've configured tracking options to "never send a response". But when I send a email to this account from a web mail account and I receive it in Outlook, it automatically sends a read receipt. Does anyone have an idea what is wrong. Thank you.

You should put this question into an Outlook group. It's been a couple of days so the Outlook folk have missed it (they come here from time to time). It's a client side thing, rather than an Exchange issue.
