Ref# in e-mail header
Hello,
I use Exchange 2000 Std and I want all incoming/outgoing e-mails to be given
a Ref# (something like serial number+date+time+sender/receiver) for example
in the header or in the top/bottom of the e-mail, because it's a must here.
Something like this:
REF: 005569-JS 21-12-05/10:24:04

Where '005569' is incremental number, 'JS' is John Smith (sender/receiver)
and '21-12-05/10:24:04' is date/time.
Thank you very much

You'd need a CRM package to do that for you so that you had some
relevance to the incremental number, otherwise it would be pointless.
