We have just had SBS2003 installed and setup to receive emails directly through the Exchange Server. Can anyone tell me where all the SPAM emails are being sent and how to manage them (we believe some emails are being spammed wrongly). Also, a few of the accounts are experiencing duplicate emails in their Outlook Mailboxes - any help please? David
SBS 2003 has no Antispamming features built in. Do you have third party Antivirus Product that has a AntiSpam feature? Are you sure the Spam Mails are not Viruses? As for the duplicate mails, are the users experiencing this issue also part of a Distribution List? -- John Oliver, Jr. MCSE, MCT, CCNA, Exchange MVP Microsoft Certified Partner "DRTurner0076" wrote in message news:23D177C9-33DB-4DF7-A612-2AFF29E62449@microsoft.com... > We have just had SBS2003 installed and setup to receive emails directly > through the Exchange Server. > > Can anyone tell me where all the SPAM emails are being sent and how to > manage them (we believe some emails are being spammed wrongly). > > Also, a few of the accounts are experiencing duplicate emails in their > Outlook Mailboxes - any help please? > > David
