Exchange Setting   
Does Exchange Server 2003 (Standard Edition) have some setting like "Delivery 
Options->Forward To" (Active Directory settings) for sending messages.  I 
want to send a copy to some mailbox of every mail sended by the users.

Exchange doesn't because it uses exacly the place you describe in AD.
