Exchange 2003 SBS and Outlook 2003
We have a user that when they send an email to a user that they have never
sent to before they create the email as usual, and then send it. The mail
goes into the sent items, but the recepient never receives the email, and
when you look into the sent items, the 'To' field is blank as are the 'cc'
and 'bcc' fields.

Anyone have any idea on this issue? Of course this would be the MD's email
account.

When you say "first time" does this only happen on the first mail? Do
other ones do through OK?
