E-Mail sent after a restar   

Hi,
Tow months ago a user sent one mail to a group of recipients
now every time i restart my server this mail is sent again
for all of the recipients. This only happens width this mail.
I use SBS Server 2000 width all SP's and the user have Microsoft Outlook
2002.
How can i resolve that problem?
