Help with synchronizing cotents of exchange mail folder with a public folder
Hi:

Hoping someone can offer a suggestion on this...

I'd like to keep a dynamic public folder copy (i.e.: synchronized copy) of
the contents of one or more of my exchange mail folders (sub folders
actually - if that matters).

Auto archive won't work as it only moves, it doesn't copy, and besides the
shortest archive interval is one day; I'd like something that will copy
files over (or synchronize) folders in real time or, say, in less than 5
minutes.

I could create a rule set to copy over incoming messages to the public
folder but then I can't respond to those messages and have the conversation
thread in the same folder (Outlook won't let you automatically store
responses in a public folder).

I know that I can just share my own folder(s) via exchange, but id rather
use the, more easily accessed, public folders.

Anyone have a suggestion on how this might be done. (Would it be easier in
Exchange 2003).

PS: I'm running OL 2003 connected to an Exchange 2000 server.
