Hi: Hoping someone can offer a suggestion on this... I'd like to keep a dynamic public folder copy (i.e.: synchronized copy) of the contents of one or more of my exchange mail folders (sub folders actually - if that matters). Auto archive won't work as it only moves, it doesn't copy, and besides the shortest archive interval is one day; I'd like something that will copy files over (or synchronize) folders in real time or, say, in less than 5 minutes. I could create a rule set to copy over incoming messages to the public folder but then I can't respond to those messages and have the conversation thread in the same folder (Outlook won't let you automatically store responses in a public folder). I know that I can just share my own folder(s) via exchange, but id rather use the, more easily accessed, public folders. Anyone have a suggestion on how this might be done. (Would it be easier in Exchange 2003). PS: I'm running OL 2003 connected to an Exchange 2000 server. -- Dab Cut off: yourhead to respond
