Performance suddenly drop
Dear,

    I have P3 733MHz with 768MB RAM, Windows 2000 SBS SP4 and Exchange 2000
SBS SP3 (with Jul,04 patch).

My client around 8 Outlook and 22 POP3. I have 30 CALs. Suddenly,
yesterday I found my server appear the following problem...

- Outlook Client feel the server is very slow
- POP3 client can't fetch the mail with "authenticating..." then until
TIMEOUT
- I found out MDBDATA most 1.STF ... 9.STF ... A.STF... were been created.
Those files may be around 48MB to 110 MB.
* While the file are creating I saw the POP3 quene is keeping authenticating
either the STF file has been create complete or TIMEOUT
- If the POP3 client keeping make connection with Exchange server, It will
became out of Lincense and the POP3 service also became totally not
function.

Main problem...
may be the STF file too large?
may be the STF file creating too slow?
It seems not the hardware problem and I ping the server with less then 10ms
in LAN.
But the foreground may also very lag of teh respond (I use Remote Desktop)

Do you have any idea? Thanks!!
