Formatting Outgoing Messages: How?
Greetings!

Please assist me with this Exchange message formatting. item.

My Exchange 2000 Server grabs content of several fields from an MS SQL
Database.
It takes this info and constructs outoing messages.

This info from some MS SQL Database fields contains HTML tags because what
is inside the fields' is ALSO used to deliver content and formating to my web
site.

I DO need HTML tags and the characters in-between because the MS SQL
Database fields' info will be displayed in the web site.

However, I DO NOT need HTML formatting to be sent over the email.

So my question is:
How do I arrange formatting of outgoing SMTP messages from my Exchange 2000
server so that no HTML tags and other unnecessary characters remain.

I need this formatting NOT to apply to messages that are exchanged within
our domain.

Is it possible to create a list of or scope of email addresses to which the
formatting will apply.

I will greatly appreciate your suggestions.

Thank you,

Ruben Saroukhanian
