Notes Connector and Exchange Administrative Group
Hi All,

Currently we have following configuration and structure for Windows 2003
Active Directory and Exchange 2003:

Parent Domain (corp.company.com)
|
|
Child Domain 1 (child-1.corp.company.com)
-Exchange 2003 Installation > Administrative Group-1
  - FrontEnd Server
  - BackEnd Server
  - Notes Connector Server running on Windows 2000 Server (to connect to
Domino R5)
|
|
Child Domain 2 (child-2.corp.company.com) > Planned
-Exchange 2003 Installation > Administrative Group-2
  - FrontEnd Server > Planned
  - BackEnd Server > Planned
  - Notes Connector Server (???)

The purpose of making Exchange 2003 Installation on Child Domain 2 as
differrent Administrative Group is to make them have their own internet
connector, since they reside on different region and internet email domain.

My question is:
1. Do we have to install another Notes Connector on Administrative Group-2?
or can they access via the Notes Connector Server on Administrative Group-1?

2.Can we make Exchange 2003 FrontEnd on Child Domain 2 to have it's own
Internet Connector without using different Administrative Group?

3.Can we install SP1 on Exchange 2003 without loosing connection to Lotus
Domio R5 via the Notes Connector?
(KB839594)

Many Thanks.
